Sessions to Provide Case Studies, Best Practices of Spot-r Wearable IoT Technology

NORWALK, Conn., Aug. 13, 2018 – Triax Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of technology for the connected jobsite, today announced that its President and COO, Pete Schermerhorn, will join Jason Pelkey, CIO of Gilbane Building Company, to discuss the role of innovative IoT technology in driving industry transformation at the 10th Annual Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) IT Forum. Gilbane utilizes Triax Technologies’ Spot-r system across its jobsites to improve worker safety and productivity.

Triax Technologies will also discuss real-world use cases of Spot-r technology at the Advancing Construction Technology conference in August.

During the “Show Don’t Tell” session, the executives will discuss Gilbane’s platform approach to innovation, including its criteria for evaluating technology – and specifically, Spot-r by Triax. Gilbane aims to be the largest user of Spot-r industry-wide.

Triax will be exhibiting its Spot-r system at Booth 307 during the event.
