We provide a variety of technology and devices, including the Spot-r and Proximity Trace clips, sensors, and tags (together, the “Hardware”); software products and services, including access to the Spot-r and Proximity Trace software cloud dashboards (together, the “Software”); and websites such as www.triaxtec.com (together, the “Website”) (collectively, the “Services”) to our customers (“Customers”). This policy applies to visitors of our Website, Customers and individuals that register for or use our Software (“End Users”) and Customers and individuals that use, wear, or interact with our Hardware (“Hardware Users”) collectively (“You” or “Users”). Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.
You may be provided with an account for the Software (“End User Account”), Hardware, or both, by or on behalf of Customer, for you to use the Services. Our Customer may have policies regarding your information that are different than ours, and you should reach out to Customer for more information if you have questions.
If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge this privacy policy.
Information We Collect About You
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services including:
- We collect information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, employee ID number, or other information that is submitted to us by the Customer’s administrator (“Admin”) or you submit to us (collectively, “personal information”);
- We collect information through your use of the Services, including location data for your use of the Hardware. We collect location data based on our maps of the construction site or location, along with your position based on the Hardware’s connection with an on-site mesh network. Your location is not tracked via GPS and cannot be tracked once you are out of range of the on-site mesh network.
- We collect information through your use of the Services that is about you but individually may or may not identify you.
- We collect information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website and usage details.
Information You Provide Us
The information we collect on or through our Services may include:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Website, purchasing our products, subscribing to our services, signing up for an event or webinar, or posting material. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Website.

The Customer’s Admin will have access to any information or content that you submit to the Services, any information that is collected from Hardware you are using or Hardware that is attached to equipment you are using (e.g., your location), and any information about your activity using the Services. The Customer may also disable your End User Account without our involvement.
- To third parties (e.g., Customer’s insurance provider) at Customer’s request.
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To trusted third-party service providers we use to support our business.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
- To a third-party service as instructed by you or an Admin.
- To other users with respect to User Contributions.
- To third parties if we determine such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request, (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury, (c) prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues on our Services, (d) to protect our or our licensor’s rights, property, safety, or interest, or (e) to enforce our agreements with you or the Customer.
