Chief Executive Officer
James brings more than 20 years in technology leadership with market leaders such as Oracle, HP, and Accenture. His success with wearable solutions at Omnilink, where he started and led their commercial Location Based Services business, is well aligned with our products and innovations.
And just coming off the successful acquisitions and mergers of SpaceIQ and iOFFICE (workplace software solutions) by ThomaBravo, James’ experiences are tailor-made to take Triax Technologies to the next level.
Vice President of Product
With over a decade of product management experience serving construction and industrial clients at OxBlue and Hexagon Geosystems, Anthony has successfully introduced clients to both hardware and software innovations including camera systems, solar units, circuitry, and cellular.
He has also successfully introduced security and AI-powered intelligence solutions currently in use on thousands of sites spanning six continents.
Anthony has a B.A. in English and history from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. from Georgia Tech. He lives in Atlanta, where he plays tennis occasionally and is #dadlife with three young children that are a lot of work (and even more fun).
Vice President, Head of Marketing
Maggie brings more than 20 years of experience and leadership in driving value for growing organizations. Prior to joining Triax in 2022, Maggie spent almost a decade leading and growing various aspects of marketing for enterprise software organizations in healthcare and supply chain technology.
Her SaaS resume includes e2open, Manhattan Associates, Numerex, and SCI Solutions. Maggie started her career in hospitality with The Ritz-Carlton, then spent several years marketing for Huron Consulting Group.
Maggie holds a B.A. in journalism with an emphasis on strategic communications from the University of Minnesota. She currently resides in her hometown of Atlanta, GA.
John P. Goan
Vice President of Energy and Industrials
Focusing on industries such as Mining, Oil and Gas / Petrochemical, and power generation, John builds strategic relationships, drawing from his expertise in industry and operations to tailor Triax product lines to meet customer needs.
John has over a decade of experience in Oil and Gas, with executive experience managing U.S. Onshore Oil and Gas operations, large capital projects, and commercial trading. John has a B.S. in Finance from The University of Montana, and would probably prefer to be fishing, hunting, or skiing.
Vice President, Head of Data Science
Ian has been creating data products and applying advanced data analytics to solve problems across a variety of industries including telecom, healthcare operations, and biotech since 2009. Prior to joining Triax, he focused on modeling human behavior and automated decisioning. Ian holds an M.S. degree in statistics from Columbia University.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Jan is very involved in daily operations, focusing on increasing transparency of the business financial position and operating results to both management and shareholders while supporting strategic goals and improving management reporting and analysis.
A CPA with over 30 years of experience, Jan has built a career as a Big 4 independent auditor and consultant member of corporate accounting teams. She has served clients in a variety of industries and government with specialties ranging from pre-IPO preparation to financial management for private equity owned organizations.
Jan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
