Challenge:
As an organization that prides itself on safety, Lettire Construction Corporation was looking for innovative ways to detect and document safety issues on the job as well as a new tool for workers to report issues and “stop work” if necessary. In addition, automatically knowing which workers and subs were on site and where they were located was a logistical challenge. On a $73 million, 12-story mixed-income housing project, ensuring strict site control and compliance was an unnecessarily tedious and manual processes.
Solution:
In January 2017, Lettire became the first New York City contractor to adopt Triax’s Spot-r system across its portfolio. Download this case study to read how Spot-r’s “safety sensor” has been a game-changer for the organization.
