Lettire Construction Case Study

With more than 30 years of experience in New York City, Lettire Construction Corp. is well-known for its residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Need: As an organization that prides itself on safety, Lettire was looking for innovative ways to detect and document safety issues on the job as well as a new tool for workers to report issues and “stop work” if necessary. In addition, automatically knowing which workers and subs were on site and where they were located was a logistical challenge. On a NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) project, maintaining strict site control and compliance were an unnecessarily tedious and manual processes.

Solution: In January 2017, Lettire became the first New York City contractor to adopt Triax’s Spot-r system on a $73 million, 12-story affordable housing project. Download this case study to read how Spot-r’s “safety sensor” has been a game-changer for Lettire.
