Lettire Construction Case Study

With more than 30 years of experience in New York City, Lettire Construction Corp. is well-known for its residential, commercial, and institutional projects. In January 2017, Lettire became the first New York City contractor to use Spot-r by Triax, adopting the system on a $73 million, 12-story affordable housing project. As an organization that prides itself on safety and continuous improvement, Lettire was looking for innovative ways to detect and document safety issues on the job as well as a new tool for workers to report issues and “stop work” if necessary. In addition, total worksite visibility – automatically knowing which workers and subs were on site and where they were located – was a logistical challenge, and maintaining strict site control and compliance were tedious, manual processes.
