Triax will be on stage at this week’s Associated General Contractors of America’s IT Conference for Construction Professionals to highlight the latest technology innovations and industry-wide initiatives in the construction tech sector.
The three-day event, expected to draw 350 construction leaders from across the country, opens Aug. 7 in Chicago and is designed to help companies learn how cutting-edge technologies can maximize efficiencies.
Michael Fraser, our Vice President of Business Development, will participate in the 9:45 a.m., Aug. 8, session titled “Accelerating Construction’s Digitalization Through Collaboration and Real-World Testing.” Attendees also can find Triax in Booth 205 during the event.
The panel will highlight the proliferation of connected technologies on jobsites and in corporate offices and discuss how companies can put the right processes and partnerships in place to create long-term value.
Attendees will learn how contractors are approaching new tech adoption and evaluating and refining tech initiatives. They’ll also take away best practices for maximizing visibility and data collection on site.
Fraser, who is responsible for overseeing Triax’s strategic business partnerships, has more than 10 years of experience in product development and commercial strategy for technical products in both North American and Latin American markets.
Jennifer Suerth, Vice President of Technical Services at Pepper Construction, will serve as the panel presenter. Suerth provides strategic direction for the company with regard to Building Information Modeling, Virtual Design and Construction, laser scanning, virtual reality and other technical services specialties.
Two more panelists will join Suerth and Fraser.
